This contract may be used for events with no alcohol and also for events with alcohol in the pavilion provided alcohol is not sold. If Alcohol will be present in the pavilion then you will need a “No-Sale” Special Occasion Permit for a Private Event from the LCBO as well as Insurance. You must also comply with the Municipal Alcohol Policy.
