This Agreement constitutes an understanding between the parties and supersedes all proposals, commitments, writings, negotiations, and understandings, oral and written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. The KAFP reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement when necessary and will inform the Fellows in a timely manner if any modifications are made.
