WHEREAS, the Developer, pursuant to the Stow Zoning Bylaw, Subdivision Rules and Regulations and M.G.L Ch.41 s. 81K-81GG, is developing and plans to seek an Occupancy Permit for Lot 1 associated with the 7 Lot Subdivision, Joanne Drive (the “Project”) on the 33+/- acre parcel of land owned by Developer at Joanne Drive, Stow, Massachusetts (the “Site”), as such Site is more particularly shown on a plan entitled, “Definitive Subdivision Plan, Joanne Drive, A Planned Conservation Development,” which is recorded with the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 195 of 2020, hereinafter referred to as the “Plan” ;
