The City of Alabaster, 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, AL 35007 (“Owner”) and Hoar Program Management, LLC, a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, having its principal place of business at Two Metroplex Drive, Suite 300, Birmingham, Alabama 35209 (“PM”) previously entered into that certain Master Services Agreement dated February 1st, 2024 (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning provided for inthe Agreement.
