These Terms and Conditions (the "Referral Agreement") govern the Referral Program that is made available by LOCUS-T Sdn Bhd (1267811-A), a private limited liability company incorporated in Malaysia under the Malaysia’s Companies Act, 2016 with its registered address at Level 17, Menara Amfirst, Jalan 19/3, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and having its principal place of business at Level 17, Menara Amfirst, Jalan 19/3, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor ("LOCUS-T", "we" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between LOCUS-T and entity who participates in the Referral Program (the "Referrer", or "you").
