This agreement, which includes the Online Banking Enrollment Form and the Fee Schedule (as it may be changed from time to time), governs your use of the online banking services offered by State Bank of Spring Hill, Kansas. By using the online banking services offered by the Bank, you accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read it carefully. The terms and conditions of the deposit agreements and disclosures for each of your Accounts at the Bank as well as your other agreements with the Bank, such as any loans you may have, continue to apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Kansas, except to the extent this Agreement can and does vary such laws. In the event any portion of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, then the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
