This Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for the Purchase, Implementation, and Maintenance of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System by and between the City of San José (hereinafter “City”), a municipal corporation, and SKIDATA, Inc. (formerly Sentry Control Systems, LLC) (hereinafter “Contractor”), a Delaware corporation registered to conduct business in the State of California, is entered into on the date of execution by City (“Effective Date”).
