This Agreement Regarding ACE WeatherShieldTM Bill (“Agreement”) for Commercial customers sets forth the terms and conditions with respect to your ACE WeatherShield bill. You acknowledge that this document is a binding and enforceable contract and that it will become effective when you receive your first ACE WeatherShield bill. In this Agreement, your commercial account is referred to as “you” and “your”, and the Public Alliance for Community Energy is referred to as “ACE”.
