The parties may agree to amend or replace this agreement at any time in the future, including at any renewal of customer’s subscription to this service if the customer is a subscriber rather than a one-time user. Any such agreement must be in writing and assented to by an affirmative act by the party receiving the proposal for amendment or replacement. The written agreement may be in terms presented electronically, such as a computer screen presenting terms during the subscription renewal process.
