This MOU covers the negotiable effects of COVID-19 on providing support to students under the cohort model during the 2020-2021 school year. The parties affirm the memorandum of understanding previously negotiated and executed by the parties on July 20, 2020. That memorandum is incorporated herein by reference insofar as it applies to a return to in-person instruction for cohorts of students.
