Without assuming the duties of the Architect/Engineer, and as it relates to Phase 2 of Option , Contractor hereby warrants to the County that the plans, specifications and other Contract Documents are consistent, practical, feasible and constructible and that the Work of such Option is constructible within the Phase 2 Time and within the GMP for such Option.
