THIS FINANCIAL AGREEMENT (this “Financial Agreement”), dated as of , 2017 (the “Effective Date”) VILLAGE DRIVE HEALTH CARE URBAN RENEWAL LLC, an urban renewal entity having an address of 48 Pavilion Avenue, Suite 2, Long Branch, New Jersey 07740 (hereinafter designated as the “Entity”), and the CITY OF MILLVILLE, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, having offices at 12 South High Street, Millville, NJ 08332 (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). Either the Entity or the City is separately a “Party” and together, they are the “Parties”.
