THIS RESERVATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”), is made effective this the 13th day of June, 2023 (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by and between Thompson Station Baptist Church with principal offices located at 2604 Thompson’s Station Road East, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179 (hereinafter the “Developer/Owner”); and the Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, a municipality duly incorporated, organized, and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee (hereinafter the “Town”).
