This Data Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the ways in which you may access and use the data that Turquoise Health Co., a Delaware corporation (“Turquoise”), makes available for non-commercial, scholarly, research, and academic uses. Such persons and entities who access the data for these reasons shall be referred to as “Researcher(s)” under this Agreement.
