This Vendor Marketplace Agreement (the “Marketplace Agreement”) is between OFS Link, LLC (“OFS Link”) and you (if registering as an individual) or the entity or organization you represent (if registering as a business) (the “Vendor”) as a vendor in the OFS Link Marketplace. Under this Marketplace Agreement, Vendor understands and acknowledges that OFS Link is providing an online marketplace for the posting, bidding, and sale of certain oilfield services, equipment, materials and other products (the “Goods”), and that OFS Link shall have no ownership or control over the bid or sales process other than providing an online platform for such transactions.
