This Agreement Regarding Expenditure of Excess Bond Proceeds (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2015 by and between the City Council as Successor Agency to the Signal Hill Redevelopment Agency (“Successor Agency”) and the City of Signal Hill, a municipal corporation and charter city (“City”). The Successor Agency and the City are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
