THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“the Agreement”) is made and entered into this the day of August, 2021 by and between Drake Software, LLC., authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina (“Drake”); and HAYWOOD COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, a body politic and corporate and subdivision of the State of North Carolina (“County”). Drake and County are sometimes collectively referred to as “Parties.”
