The following terms and conditions, together with the Master or Custom Service Agreement or Sprint's Standard Terms and Conditions for Communications Services ("Agreement"), as applicable, govern Sprint's provision and Customer’s use of Sprint Virtual ISP Services (“Services”) as specified in the applicable Order form ("Order") (together referred to as the "Contract Documents"). If a conflict exists between the Agreement and this Annex, this Annex will control.
