APPLICATION LICENCE & SERVICES Advvy and the entity/person identified upon the Application Licence & Services Agreement (Agency) agree that the Application Licence & Services Agreement, these Application Licence & Services Agreement Terms and Conditions and any attachments, schedules or annexures identified or referred to therein are incorporated into these terms and conditions and together these documents are to be referred collectively as the “Application Licence & Services Agreement”. The Application Licence and stated Services will only commence once the Agency’s authorised officer has signed and returned to Advvy the Application Licence & Services Agreement and such Application Licence & Services Agreement has been accepted and approved by Advvy. This Application Licence & Services Agreement will continue for the duration of the Term.
