This Master Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (as set forth below), with McGRAW-HILL CONSTRUCTION (“MHC”), a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. a New York corporation (“McGraw-Hill”) on behalf of MHC’s various business units: Sweets Group (“Sweets”), F.W. Dodge (“Dodge”) Engineering News-Record (“ENR”), Architectural Record (“AR”), and Design Build (“DB”) concerning the publications, subscriptions, products and services (collectively, “Services”) offered by MHC, whose principal office is located at Two Penn Plaza, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10121-2298.
