The City and Contractor (“parties”) agree to amend the Contract to include additional work related to the replacement of the MWI Mixed Liquor Recycle Pumping system requested by the City and to be completed by the Contractor as detailed in the attached Exhibits. The contract maximum is also amended to include an Owners Contingency of $272,231.
