This SITING AGREEMENT (together with all exhibits appended hereto, this “Siting Agreement”) dated as of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between 360 Solar Center, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“360”), and THE COUNTY OF CHESTERFIELD, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”). 360 and the County may each be referred to herein as “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
