The Agreement for Entrust’s nShield as a Service Web Offering (“nSaaS Web”) is made up of these terms and conditions (the “nSaaS Web Schedule”), the Entrust General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) available at https://www.entrust.com/general-terms.pdf, and an Order for nSaaS Web. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.
