THIS AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and entered into by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), an administrative agency within the executive department of the State of Texas, having its principal office at 4900 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas, 78751, and Wellcare of Texas, Inc (MA Health Plan), a corporation that offers or administers a Medicare Advantage Plan organized under the laws of the State of Texas and having a principal place of business at 4888 Loop Central Dr, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77081. HHSC and MA Health Plan may be referred to herein as a "Party" or, collectively, as the "Parties."
