As part of this agreement, S&N Labs will undertake to provide exclusive service to Client for this case. In order for this to happen, S&N Labs needs to know the names of all known parties and their representatives. The Client is responsible for providing this information to S&N Labs. Only with this information can we ensure that no conflict of interest has occurred or will occur.‌
