These Data Sharing Terms apply and form part of the global Master Services Agreement and applicable UK statement of work (“SOW”) or other UK written or electronic merchant agreement (“Merchant Agreement”) for the provision of Services by Clearpay to Merchants (the SOW and/or the Merchant Agreement (as applicable) are each referred to as the “Clearpay Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Personal Data.
