Pursuant to the provisions contained in the "Contract for Professional Engineering Consulting and Design-Build Services on a Continuing Contract Basis " between the CORAL SPRINGS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "OWNER", and Globaltech, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "FIRM", dated July 1, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "AGREEMENT"), this Work Authorization, executed this day of 2015, authorizes the FIRM to provide services under the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the AGREEMENT, which is incorporated herein by reference as though set forth in full.
