This Membership Agreement, along with the MLS Rules, Bylaws, Privacy Policy, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual (as adopted by MIAMI), Cookie Policy, and Terms of Use (“MIAMI’s Governing Documents”) govern your membership with MIAMI and your use of the MIAMI MLS. This is a binding contract between you and the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (“MIAMI”) and includes terms limiting your legal rights and MIAMI’s liability to you. Consult your attorney before signing if you do not understand any of the terms here.
