THIS AGREEMENT, and amendments and supplements thereto, is made between the Midwestern Higher Education Commission (hereinafter MHEC) located at 105 Fifth Avenue South, Suite 450 Minneapolis, MN 55401, for the benefit of the Eligible Organizations located in the MHEC member states, and CampusGuard LLC, (hereinafter CampusGuard or Supplier) located at 4740 North Cumberland Ave, Suite 365 Chicago, IL 60656. For purposes of this Master Agreement MHEC and CampusGuard are referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
