This Token Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the purchase ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “TGC Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Purchaser” or “you”) and the Company. The Buyer and the Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and
