THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the executed date , by and between the UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, hereinafter referred to as “UDOT”, and MOAB CITY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereinafter referred to as the “Local Agency.”
