Policies and Compensation Plan Incor- porated into Protégé Agreement; Amendments. These Policies and Proce- dures, in their present form and as amended at the sole discretion of Arego Life, LLC (hereafter “Arego” “Arego Life,” or the “Company”), are incorpo- rated into the Arego Life Independent Protégé Agreement. Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the Arego Life Independent Protégé Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, the Arego Compensation Plan, and the Arego Business Entity Addendum (the Busi- ness Entity Addendum is only applicable to Protégés who enroll as a business en- tity). Independent Protégés shall be re- ferred to herein as “Protégés.” The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement at its discretion. Amend- ments shall be effective 30 days after notice and publication of the amended provisions in the Protégé’s Arego Office but amended policies shall not apply ret- roactively to conduct that occurred prior to the
