This Agreement is made by the City of Henrietta, acting through its Mayor Pro‐ Tem, Howard Raeke, (“City”) and the Henrietta Independent School District, acting through its Board of Trustees President, Paul Bennett, (“School District”), for a Joint Election to be held on May 11, 2013 and subsequent elections, in which voters will elect members of the School District’s Board of Trustees and the City’s Council.
