This Charter School Contract entered into this 1st day of May, 2019 by and between THE CURATORS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI, on behalf of the University of Missouri-Columbia (hereinafter referred to as “MU”), and any other campus, unit or department owned and operated by THE CURATORS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI deemed necessary to satisfy the statutory requirements for sponsorship of a charter school, and Genesis School, a Missouri nonprofit corporation incorporated pursuant to Chapter 355, RSMo., (hereinafter referred to as “Genesis School” or “Charter School”).
