This AMENDMENT to Contract No. 17-27-0001-M2, hereinafter referred to as “Sixth Amendment” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and Abrazar, Inc., DUNS # 803281849, a California non-profit corporation, with a place of business at 7101 Wyoming Street, Westminster, CA 92683-3811; hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR,” with COUNTY and CONTRACTOR sometimes referred to as “PARTY,” or collectively as “PARTIES.”
