Price List and complies with the terms and conditions contained below. Pixel One reserves the right without notice to increase or decrease the number of resellers in the Territory and/or to sell Products directly within the Territory. The possession of a Pixel One reseller price list and/or catalog does not create an authorised Pixel One reseller relationship.
