This Statement of Work (the “SOW”) under the Communication Services Agreement between Stericycle Communication Solutions, Inc. and County of San Bernadino on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center dated October 20, 2015 (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 20, 2015, (the “SOW Effective Date”). The terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated by reference. All capitalized terms that are used but not defined in this SOW shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Agreement. “You” and “Subscriber” shall refer to “Client”.
