This Amendment #1 to the Charter Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this, the day of 20 , by and between the Tennessee State Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as “the Chartering Authority”) and KIPP Antioch College Prep Middle (hereinafter referred to as “the Charter School”). The Chartering Authority and Charter School are collectively referred to as the “Parties” to this Agreement. The original Charter Agreement (the “Original Agreement”) entered into between the Parties on April 15, 2016 is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
