Angeles, acting by and through its Board of Airport Commissioners (“Board”) of the Los Angeles World Airports (“LAWA”), a department of the City of Los Angeles (collectively, “City”), VAN NUYS GOLF MANAGEMENT PARTNERS LLC, a California limited liability company “Lessee”) (sometimes herein referred to individually as a "Party," or together as "Parties"). City and Lessee are each a “Party” to this First Amendment, and collectively are referred to herein as “Parties.” VAN NUYS AIRPORT is referred to herein as “AIRPORT”.
