COMPLETION TRANSFER PATHWAYS ARTICULATION AGREEMENTArticulation Agreement • July 10th, 2022
THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into on this 29th day of June, 2022 (the "Effective Date") by and between Cuyahoga Community College District (Hereafter referred to as “the College”), with an address at 700 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115-2878; and University of Maryland Global Campus (Hereafter referred to as "UMGC"), with an address at 3501 University Boulevard East, Adelphi, MD 20783. The College and UMGC are institutions of higher education. The College and UMGC (either or both of which may hereinafter be referred to respectively as "Party" or "Parties") desire to enter into a contract pursuant to which students of the College would be eligible for articulated course credits at UMGC, according to the terms contained in this Agreement.
