Management hereby recognizes the Engineers and Architects Association (EAA), as the exclusive representative of the employees in the Supervisory Technical Unit, for which EAA was certified as the majority representative by the Employee Relations Board on March 21, 1973. EAA shall be the exclusive representative of employees in the Supervisory Technical Unit, subject to the right of each employee to represent himself/herself. The term "employee", as used herein, shall refer only to employees in the classifications listed in Appendix A, as well as such classes as may be added hereafter to the Unit by the Employee Relations Board.
