Florida Statute s. 1007.271(10) allows home education programs in compliance with Florida Statutes s. 1002.41 to enter into agreements with postsecondary institutions for the purpose of providing dual enrollment programs for their students. This inter-institutional articulation agreement between Florida State College at Jacksonville and your Home School Program will enable your students to enroll in college credit and career/technical dual enrollment and early admission programs.
