As you all are aware, due to change in DCR 1991 and DCPR 2034, in continuation to the earlier Development Agreement dated 10.5.2010 executed between M/s Matoshree Infrastructure Pvt Ltd requires the execution of Supplementary Development Agreement to put on record the Redevelopment Compensatory Allowance [RCA] of Rs 23 Crs including the utilization of the area surrendered against the RCA and also to record the benefits sharing of additional FSI as per DCPR 2034 including utilization of the additional FSI in ongoing Redevelopment Project of the society .
