THIS IS AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (“Contract”) made, by and between the PALO ALTO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT of Santa Clara County, California, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “District”), and KOMATHY (KOMEY) VISHAKAN (hereinafter referred to as General Counsel) and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
