Definitions - As used in this Agreement, the words “we, “our,” “us,” and “FKCB” mean First Keystone Community Bank. “You” and “your” refer to the account holder authorized by First Keystone Community Bank to use Online Banking under this Agreement and anyone else authorized by that account holder to exercise control over the account holder’s funds through Online Banking. “Account” or “accounts” means your accounts at First Keystone Community Bank. “Electronic Funds Transfers” means ATM withdrawals, preauthorized transactions, point of sale transactions, transfers to and from your First Keystone Community Bank accounts using Online Banking, including bill payments. “First Keystone Community Bank Services” means the services provided pursuant to this Agreement including the Bill Payment Service. “Business days” means: Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included.
