This Agreement is made this day of , , by and between the Economic Development Growth Engine Industrial Development Board of the City of Memphis and County of Shelby, Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as “EDGE” or “Zone Administrator”) acting on behalf of the City of Memphis, grantee of the Memphis Foreign-Trade Zone Number 77 (“Grantee”), and (hereinafter designated as “Operator”).
