This First Amendment to the Community Benefit Program Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into on this day 21st of April, 2020, by and between the City of Dublin, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Crystal Bay Development LLC, a California limited liability company (“Developer”). City and Developer are, from time-to- time, individually referred to in this Agreement as a “Party,” and are collectively referred to as “Parties.”
