This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Boeckman Creek Sanitary Sewer Interceptor and Trail Design and Construction Support Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of October 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Consor North America, Inc., an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
