THIS AGREEMENT is made the first day of April 2016 BETWEEN MERTHYR TYDFIL COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL of Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN (“Merthyr”) and RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL of The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy, CF40 2XX (“RCT”) (hereinafter called “the Parties”)
