In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Armstrong Flight Research Center, located at P.O. Box 273, Edwards, CA 93523 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA AFRC") and Sensuron, LLC located at 3101 Bee Caves Rd STE 110, West Lake Hills, Austin, TX 78746-5587 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Sensuron"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
